Securing a Venue
Your Life Celebration Event Planner will assist in locating and securing a venue. Of course, we'll coordinate with the assistance of the family's point of contact(s).
Invitations
Your Planner will create the invitations (postal mail, email, and phone calls) and compile the list of attendees.
Seating Arrangements
After the list of attendees are gathered, Your Planner will work with your family's point of contact(s) to determine the seating arrangements. To keep everyone comfortable and familiar, we'll coordinate where family members, relatives, friends, and neighbors are seated at the tables.
Biography and Family Tree
Your Life Celebration Event Planner will interview your family's point of contact(s) to gather the relavant information for a proper family tree and intriguiging biography. Your Planner will then create documents to dispurse on tables at the event. These documents will help your guests know your loved one's unique story as well spark their own memories with your loved one.
Meal Planning
Your Planner will coordinate the lunch or dinner based on your budget and number of attendees. Your Planner will coordinate the timing of the entire meal so the movie will begin around dessert time.
Movie Production
A professionally produced movie is also coordinated between your Planner and the family's point of contact. Our focus is dedicated to showcasing your loved one's life in such an uplifting and unimaginable way, that literally every attendee feels personally connected to the departed on an emotional satisfying level. The movie is planned to have every attendee laugh, cry... and then laugh while they're crying.
Eulogy Coordination
Eulogies are are arranged well in advance with the help of Your Life Celebration Event Planner communicating with your guests. With advanced planning and ample time for speech preparations, combined with the ambiance and atmosphere of the event; eulogies are always a highlight of the entire Celebration of Life event.
